It seems everyone is an economist these days. Of course, there are some legit economists weighing in on this stimulus bill, but you also have lots of dumb, completely unqualified commentators giving us their two cents. I particularly enjoy the business news bimbos who carry on about economic theory, not knowing what they are talking about. Of course, all Republicans now seem to be economists as well. Their level of stupidity is truly staggering. These are the folks who sat back and approved the spending and tax cuts that has given us a huge deficit. Have they no pride? Priming the pump is a basic economic fact of life. Let's hope Obama's plan works.
